CONTEXT is the sister fair to Art Miami dedicated to the development and reinforcement of emerging and mid-career artists. Launched in 2012, CONTEXT’s open atmosphere creates a meaningful dialogue between artists, galleries and collectors while providing the ultimate platform for the presentation of mid-career, emergent and cutting-edge talent by emerging and established galleries.

Eighty international galleries, vetted by the CONTEXT Selection Committee, exhibit highlights from their gallery programs, solo artist exhibitions and curated projects.

The combined efforts of CONTEXT and Art Miami provide a unique and alternative opportunity for leading primary dealers and their artists to be marketed and promoted internationally during the most important week for contemporary art in America.

CONTEXT es la feria Hermana de Art Miami, dedicada a promover y reforzar el talento emergente de artistas a mediados de sus carreras. Lanzado en el 2012, la abierta atmosfera de CONTEXT crea un incomparable espacio entre artistas, galería de arte y coleccionistas, a la misma vez que provee una plataforma sin igual para estos artistas emergente, quienes muestra obras innovadoras y logran establecerse en nuevas galerías.

Ochenta galerías internacionales, examinandas por el comité de selección de CONTEXT, muestran lo más resaltante de sus programas de arte, artistas y proyectos curados.

Este combinado esfuerzo entre CONTEXT y Art Miami provee una oportunidad única para distribuidores y sus artistas de ser marcados y promovidos internacionalmente, durante la semana más importante de Arte contemporáneo de América.
